Weekend Admin

$20 an hour

Job Description: We are seeking a weekend part time assistant who will support the vision and growth of Soccer Shots by assisting in our Operations and Coaching Department. Must be neat in appearance, friendly and courteous.

Working Location:

Must work from the established office (Farmingdale, N.Y.) during working hours. NO REMOTE WORK

Weekly Schedule: (2 days per week)

Saturday/Sunday - 7:00am-3:00pm

Operations & Coaching Department tasks:

Office Phone, Emails, conversion of calls and emails to registrations (Other admin duties)

Season Preparation – Prizes and distribution

Communications

Cancellations

Scheduling
