WHAT YOU NEED:
The Program Coordinator should have prior customer service experience. The ideal candidate should have phenomenal verbal and written communication skills, be organized, have great attention to detail and excellent computer skills (word, excel, powerpoint, etc..). Must have a positive attitude; be hungry, humble, and smart.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelors Degree in Communication, Business, Marketing
1-3 Years of professional communication in service based industry

Job Summary:
Reporting to the Program Director, the Program Coordinator’s primary responsibilities are in prompt, reliable, and friendly communication, family (customer) service, and season maintenance. This position will collaborate with others in the organization to achieve brand consistency, coordination of messages, and the highest standards for communication and family experience. The Program Coordinator will support the Soccer Shots Team through season set up and maintenance of both enrollment and scheduling platforms.
Working Schedule/Location: This is 5-day a week position, expected working hours are 8am to 5pm. Depending on the schedule, there are seasons that may require weekend and/or evening. Must work from the Soccer Shots HQ (Playa del Rey) during working hours, unless approved to be working in the “field”. Must meet at least once/weekly with supervisor. At times, position is required to stand, run, walk and communicate in an outdoor environment through duration of work assignment.
Compensation:
Position will begin full-time hourly (40 hours/week) and transition to full-time salary with benefits (health insurance, PTO, company holidays) at 90 days.
