Are you a high energy person that loves working with children? We are currently in need of a great Youth Soccer Coach to help us run soccer classes. We offer rewarding work, GREAT PAY, and room for growth!
WHO WE ARE:
Soccer Shots Madison is an introduction to soccer enrichment program for children ages 2-8 years old. Our program is non-competitive and focuses on character development. Our caring team strives to positively impact children's lives on and off the field!
SCHEDULE:
Each session will run 30-45 minutes long and will be located at various locations around Dane County. Shifts available (times may vary): Monday-Friday: 4:00pm-7:00pm, Wednesday and Friday mornings from 9:00am- 11:30am and Saturdays and Sundays: 8:45am-12:45pm. (Summer Season will begin in early-June)
We provide paid training, coaching equipment, and all curriculum materials. This is a part time position and can be somewhat flexible, depending on your schedule, however once your schedule is set with us, it won't change. You'll be at the same locations at the same times each week, and we need you to be committed for the entire season.

WHAT YOU NEED:
Passion for positively impacting children
Reliable transportation and a valid Drivers License or State ID
High School Diploma
Eligible to work in the U.S.
Must successfully complete and pass a state background check and FBI fingerprinting
Experience in early education development preferred, but not required
Athletic (soccer) experience preferred
A DAY IN THE LIFE:
Safely manage a class of up to 10 children, between the ages of 2-8 years old.
Implement our curriculum clearly and with enthusiasm. Caring, engaging and energetic, bringing Soccer Shots to life by creating a fun and exciting atmosphere
Arrive on-time and at least 15 minutes early to your locations and provide an exceptional customer experience
Maintain and clean equipment before and after each session and manage your class rosters
COVID-19 Considerations:Soccer Shots main priority is the safety of everyone. We follow Public Health Madison and Dane County health and safety guidelines. All instructors are required to wear face coverings, follow modified curriculum to avoid unnecessary physical contact, disinfect equipment and sanitize hands regularly.
