Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program with a focus on character development for children 2-8. Our caring team positively impacts children's lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum and communication. We strive to provide a beloved growth experience for every child and a remarkable experience for every family.

We are looking for two competent Program Coordinators to undertake a variety of administrative and program management tasks. The Program Coordinators will assist in planning and organizing programs and activities as well as carry out important operational duties. To be an excellent Program Coordinator, you must be organized and detail-oriented, comfortable working with diverse teams. If you have skills in program development and account management, we’d like to meet you.

The Program Coordinator is a Full Time Role, designed for someone with a unique and flexible schedule who has the ability to travel to our partner locations and spread Soccer Shots awareness. The Program Coordinator will serve on our Operations Team which consists of another Program Coordinator who both report to our Program Director.

Responsibilities for the position include but are not limited too:

Administrative Duties

The Program Coordinator will have designated Office Hours, and they will have administrative tasks that they will be responsible for. Some of these responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Sharing Phone and Email responsibilities

Support planning and coordination of a program and its activities

Manage communications through media relations, social media etc.

Special Events

The Program Coordinators will be at all special events, promoting Soccer Shots and creating a fun environment for our Friends. Special events may occur on weekends or during the evening hours, which the Program Coordinator would need to be available for. Special Events may include:

Open Houses

Community events

Flyer Tables

During busy times Flyer Tables take place daily 7-9am & 3-6pm.

Wellness Checks

The Program Coordinators will be responsible for visiting each of our partners to perform ‘Wellness Checks’. These checks will consist of centers evaluating how Soccer Shots is meeting their expectations from an administrative standpoint, from a coaching standpoint, and from a parental standpoint.

Coaching Coverage - Childcare Centers

Due to the Program Coordinators familiarity with the Directors at each Childcare location, they should be available to cover at any childcare location should a coach call out. This will allow for continuity within the center, and allow Soccer Shots to maintain its brand standard

Capturing Soccer Shots in the Community

One of the primary responsibilities of the Program Coordinators will be to capture Soccer Shots in the Community and share those moments with our families.

This will involve travel to our partner locations to take photos and videos during sessions.
