Operations Coordinator and Public Program Specialist
As an OC you are part of the Operations Team. You will be responsible for implementing the operations process for the Soccer Shots team. Your Primary Responsibilities are ongoing program coordination with schools, parks and special events. This is an incredibly important job on our team. Operational Excellence makes us the best youth soccer program in the city because it puts us in the best position to impact the lives of children and families through excellent coaching. NOTE: At times, position is required to stand, run, walk and communicate in an outdoor environment through duration of work assignment.

Scheduling upcoming seasons
Working with our online registration system
Printing flyers
Putting up posters, bandit signs, and other marketing materials
Communicating with directors
Parks
Taking care of day of operations
Preparing flyers

Preparing wind flags and marketing material

Coaching
You will be required at times to physically coach soccer to 2 to 8-year old’s. Hours of coaching will vary with demand, 10 to 15 classes per week is typical.

Coaching experience
Previous experience with the sport of soccer

Working hours:
9 to 5 Monday thru Friday (with lunch break)
9 to 12 on Saturday
Compensation:
base: $36,400 ($33,800 during 3-month initial probation)
Reimbursement up to $1,200 per year (gas)
Total compensation base: $37,600
