Office Manager/Customer Relations
Position Overview: The Office Manager will be the “parent” of the greater Soccer Shots mechanism. The duties will revolve around keeping “the house in good order” with respect to roster schedule management, office supply, maintenance and cleanliness and effectively communicating internally and externally, this will include, but not limited to;
Answering, collating, and responding to various forms of received communications
Maintaining the physical office location in terms of good working order and cleanliness
Managing the calendars of C-Suite personnel, preparing weekly reports and sending proactive recurring communications
Operational Responsibilities:
Maintains C-Suite calendars
Reviews the Master yearlong schedule on daily/weekly basis to ensure compliance
Assist any C-Suite, Director or DOC with operational/administrative tasks
Seeks all available marketing and advertising opportunities to include community events, partnerships with influencers and networking events
Assists with the execution of the Sponsorship Program
Administrative Responsibilities:
Answers incoming communications (phone, email, social media)
Sends proactively scheduled emails or group texts to clients and/or staff
Manages the Staff Acknowledgement program (birthdays, anniversaries, work milestones, etc)
Reviews Operations Manual periodically
Spot check attendance reports in registration system
Maintains office in compliance with local ordinances
Maintains correct inventory levels for office administrative, cleaning and consumption supplies
Maintains office in good working and cleanliness order
Accounting and Budgeting Responsibilities:
Stays within budget for all Office Expense Categories
Submits requests to C-Suite to exceed budget
HR and Franchise Compliance:
Spot checks HR File System and subsidiary systems (Career Plug, etc) periodically
Assists in new staff orientation, reviews policies with staff

Work Expectations:
In the beginning the Office Manager will be expected to work a approximately 40 hours per week. Work will occur at the SS Office between the hours of 9am-6pm.
The Office Manager will report to the Chief Financial Officer. The Office Manager will liaise directly with the Chief Operations Officer, Chief Financial Officer and the Chief Executive Officer for most administrative tasks.
Performance Evaluation and Review:
Compensation is based on performance and Soccer Shots reserves the right to terminate the contract for failure to meet expectations or for conduct unbecoming of the Company.
Soccer Shots will perform an initial performance review after 90 days. The contract can be terminated prior to this 90 days period if so desired by the Company.
There will be a professional performance review at 3 months, 6 months and 12 months.
Soccer Shots will perform an annual performance review in November/December of each calendar year.
