Job Description:
Soccer Shots is newly launching in the NW Arkansas region and we’re seeking a Program Director to manage and direct all duties related to the operations of Soccer Shots NW AR—ensuring program quality and growth across the region. Our success as an organization and nationally respected brand is dependent on the exemplary performance of excellent team members and leaders. Candidate Requirements:
A bachelor's degree is required 3-5 years of transferable, professional work experience Self-motivated, and ability to work independently Demonstrated ability to manage programs and people Excellent communication skills Experience with a CRM tool Ability to learn quickly, adapt and problem solve A dedication to investing in the lives of people Experience playing soccer (high school, club or college level)
