    As Partner Service Coordinator this person is a Soccer Shots expert, representing the Soccer Shots program during interactions with partners, answering questions, framing the program, connecting with customers, building the customer network, and cultivating repeat business. Strategic delivery of marketing materials to partners and predetermined locations for public program marketing will be executed by this person. Partner Service Coordinators will be responsible for tracking and analyzing enrollment data, as well as providing support/challenge to current team members to ensure seasonal goals are achieved. Through partner and family interactions, Partner Service Coordinators will monitor the Soccer Shots customer base, trends, and competitive market, reporting findings to the Sales & Marketing Director.

    Accountabilities

    Brand Representation

    As a specialist of the brand, the Partner Service Coordinator is meant to be a leader in embodiment of the franchise’s identity in appearance, demeanor, values and ethics. This person acts as a positive spokesperson, chosen as an internal and external agent to promote brand awareness. The Coordinator’s responsibility is not just limited to interacting with strategic partners: partner directors, teachers, & support staff; the Coordinator is expected to enhance Soccer Shots Orlando's relationships with children and families of the children as well. Relationship building activities are meant to build rapport such as: learning the names of the stakeholders & engaging in conversation.

    In addition to representing Soccer Shots in the field, the Partner Service Coordinator will be called upon to develop, implement, and lead trainings on the Soccer Shots brand, current/developing market trends, customer service and marketing expectations for other sales and marketing personnel.

    Partner Relations

    The partner experience is greatly improved by providing intentional in-person support, relationship building, and consistency in execution of strategic marketing efforts. Interactions with partners are expected to be relational (not transactional), with emphasis placed on building strong relationships that ensure partners assist with marketing efforts (word of mouth) and that right fit partners are retained season to season.

    Partner Communication: Initiate, develop and maintain friendly, positive relationships with partner staff and park families. School staff must know the coaches name and the coach must know the names of staff at the school. Assist Program Scheduler with partner season scheduling. Document partner communication and Partner Service Coordinator visits/notes on CRM. Seasonal gift creation and delivery.

    Partner Retention: Management of approximately 35 school partners. Sustained/increased enrollments at all sites (comparing seasons from the past year). Documented tracking of enrollments, competition, and any current market trends.

    Marketing Execution: Work proactively to address key metric expectations at all partners. Serve as public program ambassador throughout season. Deliver and maintain marketing materials at partner locations.

    Partner Acquisition

    One of the Partner Service Coordinator’s primary responsibilities is to execute new partner development from initial contact through inaugural season kick off. Daily/weekly/seasonal tasks may include but are not limited to: phone call, email, in person visit, ongoing accurate documentation of partnership status in CRM, complimentary session, season scheduling, partner agreement completion, season fee negotiation, celebration of partnership establishment, and collaboration with internal Soccer Shots colleagues. The Partner Service Coordinator is expected to follow the Soccer Shots Proven Process, meeting agreed upon new partnership/development goals quarterly/annually. Targeted partners and development goals will be established in collaboration with the Sales and Marketing functional area leader. Collaborate with Program Scheduler for setup of online enrollment platform, maintenance, and ongoing accuracy of partner information.

    Community Outreach

    In alignment with the Soccer Shots Mission, Vision, and Core Values, the Soccer Shots Team is committed to regular engagements that support a positive impact on the community in which Soccer Shots operates. The Partner Service Coordinator is responsible for relationships with community partners, developing outreach opportunities, and engaging the Soccer Shots Team in participation for related events. Annual community outreach goals will be established in collaboration with the Sales and Marketing functional area leader.

    Administrative Tasks

    General tasks include corresponding, with equal diligence, to various Soccer Shots team members to effectively address the needs of our consumers. The correspondence is through social media platforms, social media message boards, CRM, text, email, or voice calls. Partner Service Coordinators may be expected to perform additional duties as they pertain to the Partner Service accountabilities, Sales & Marketing functional area, and/or the organization.

    Performance Evaluation and Reviews

    Key performance measures will be reviewed quarterly through a meeting with supervisor.

    Soccer Shots will perform an annual review during the month of hire each calendar year.

    Required Education/Experience

    Bachelor’s Degree in a related field

    1-3 Years experience in related position (field of sales, marketing and/or customer service)

    Proficiency in productivity software (Similar to Monday.com, Highrise CRM, Slack, etc.)

    Working Location

    Partner Service Coordinator will work primarily from our Casselberry office location and visiting our partners in Orange County. Required weekly meetings with functional area peers and supervisor will take place in person at our office. Position may require standing, running, walking and communicating in an outdoor environment through duration of work assignment.

    The hours for this position will be split between our HQ in Casselberry and at our partner locations in Orange County. All candidates must be aware that the majority of the position will be located in Orange County and is willing to commute to our office and various locations.

    Compensation

    Position is full-time salary with bonus structure at 90 days (non-exempt). Salary range $25,000-$30,000 annually based on past experience plus bonus package ($3,000-$8,000 per year).
