Soccer Shots is growing, and we are in need of responsible and energetic part-time instructors! We operate year-round in daycares, preschools, community centers, and local parks in the Orlando South, Osceola, and Polk County areas. We offer rewarding work in a great environment and GREAT PAY! We provide training, soccer equipment, and all curriculum materials needed to instruct 30–40-minute youth soccer classes for children ages 2-8 years old. As Soccer Shots continues to grow, we attribute much of our success to the dedicated, passionate, and fun educators we have on our team, however, our roster is not nearly complete.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
Must love kids and have a passion to positively impact their lives, loving soccer is a bonus!
Dependable: Must be willing to commit to, at minimum, one year of coaching with Soccer Shots; we need an honest and true commitment.
Responsible: Arrives at least 15-20 minutes early to each session; comes prepared with lesson plan memorized; can handle a group of 10 or more young children (ages 2-8); keeps accurate attendance; well organized.
Professional: Neat in appearance; friendly and courteous with daycare / school staff and directors / principal and parents; self-assured and confident.
Enthusiastic: Must enjoy interacting with young children (2–8 years old); able to connect with children and communicate on their level. You must be very outgoing, animated, and able to be silly with the children. There is no room for shyness or reserved behavior; we need ENTHUSIASTIC instructors!
SCHEDULE AND HOURS:We operate as a mobile program, meaning we provide youth soccer classes at multiple locations during different times throughout day. Your schedule will consist of a mix and match of locations depending on classes available and your willingness to drive.
Monday through Friday (9am-12pm) (2pm-7pm)Saturday Mornings (9am - 12pm)
· The private (daycare/ preschool / elementary school) classes are typically in the morning before 12pm or in the afternoon after 2pm
· The open to the general public (local park program) classes are held on Saturdays in the morning before 12pm and during the weekday in the evening after 4pm
REQUIREMENTS:
Have your own, personal, reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License
Willing to drive to location that may be 20-40 minutes away
High School Diploma
FL State-Required Clearances: Candidate must pass DCF Level 2 background check
Eligible to work in the U.S.
COMPENSATION:
$20/hour (expect around 15-25 hours/week, depending on availability). Ability to quickly grow pay rate.
Comprehensive paid training (at $15/hour for on-field and $12/hour for online. 20-30 hours of training expected.
