Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program with a focus on character development for children 2-8. Our caring team positively impacts children's lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum and communication. As we continue to grow we are looking for a new Coaching Coordinator to join our team assist with the hiring, training, and maintaining quality of our coaching team. This position is designed for someone who can work at a fast pace, is detail orientated, is a great communicator, can work well with a remote team, has a strong work ethic with desire to grow, and is technically sound with computers and different platforms.

The Coaching Coordinator is a Part Time Role requiring at least 25 hours every week with season start weeks requiring between 30-40 hours. The position is designed for someone who will be mainly coaching and training at our partner locations all over our territory.

Coaching Responsibilities

The Coaching Coordinator will coach depending on the need and also assist with the overall quality of our coaching team by:

Conducting coaching interviews

Conducting Evaluations on our current coaches

Conduct 1on1 with our current coaches

Administrative Duties

The Coaching Coordinator will have designated Office Hours. Some of these responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Distributing marketing materials to our partners and coaches

Inventory & Distribution

Marketing Events

The Coaching Coordinator will do our Marketing Events. These events are to promote Soccer Shots by creating a fun environment for our friends and families while being an upbeat, pleasant, and informative representation of Soccer Shots. These marketing events occur during the morning or evening hours, which the Coaching Coordinator will be at.

Community events – As per needed

Flyer Tables at schools - 6:30-9am and/or 3-6pm during season start weeks.

Putting out yard signs.

Recruiting events at local Universities and Colleges.
