We aim to be the BEST 30-45 minutes of every child's week and to serve every child in our region with their first soccer experience. If this excites you, this could be a dream fit for you! We operate in daycares, preschools, community centers, and parks. Classes are held Monday through Sunday, 30-45 min for each session. We provide training, soccer equipment and curriculum, and a proven process for success developing and sustaining partnerships. We offer rewarding work in a great environment with the opportunity to inspire the youngest soccer players of the community.

Beyond the field, our team managers and coordinators contribute holistically to the growth of our business through vital contributions in:

project management (sales, scheduling, promoting, and marketing)

staff management (hiring, training, and evaluating)

Soccer Shots is an international franchise, where many owners and directors started out as coaches.

This is a full-time position that WILL require work on weekday evenings (until 6:30 at times) and weekends to serve families when they can play! However, we provide flexibility for administrative hours, and managers and coordinators connect remotely for "office" work. Expect a 50/50 split between hours on the field with children and off the field at your preferred spot.
