    Director of Partner Service

    Soccer Shots RDU is seeking a positive and organized person with strong communication skills and a passion for children and the game of soccer to join us in our relentless pursuit to build “stronger youth beyond the game.”

    Soccer Shots is a program that introduces soccer to children ages 2-8. We strive to encourage the development of basic soccer skills, teamwork and a healthy lifestyle. We work onsite at preschools, daycare centers and parks all over the RDU area. We offer rewarding work in a great, small business environment.     Job Responsibilities:

    Plan and Coordinate expansion to new partner schools

    • Identify ideal opportunities for expansion

    • Conduct initial phone calls to potential new schools

    • Perform in-person sales visits

    • Finalize season details for new schools

    • Track and manage relationships with our partner schools

    • Conduct regular status check meetings/conversations

    • Develop personal relationships with key staff members

    • Work to maintain our reputation of excellence with each school

    • To more effectively perform sales duties, we also ask that the Director of Partner Service coach a few classes a week. This will provide them with a better perspective from which to market our program.

    Bachelor’s degree

    Coaching experience

    Previous experience with the sport of soccer

    Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

    Effective organizational/administrative skills

    Computer/application skills (Microsoft office suite: Excel, Word, PPT)

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Previous sales experience

    Familiarity with Mac products and operating systems
