POSITION OVERVIEW:

We're hiring coaches looking to kickstart their careers with the beautiful game of soccer. After our on-the-job paid training, you'll be provided with a high-quality curriculum that will provide support and challenge to every child that you coach. The experience you gain here will be invaluable to your development as a coach.

WHAT YOU NEED:

Passion for soccer and positively impacting youth players

Reliable transportation and a valid Drivers License or State ID

Eligible to work in the U.S.

Coaching or childhood education experience preferred

Here at Soccer Shots, our goal is to positively impact children’s lives and be every child’s favorite day. We accomplish this goal by using our engaging children’s soccer curriculum (ages 2-8) with a focus on character development. We treat our employees like a team and the children we coach like our own. We train our coaches in leadership development, communication skills, early childhood education, and sports management. We provide high-quality, foundational soccer training that prepares children for a lifetime of soccer. Want to join us?

SCHEDULE:

Sessions occur throughout the day in 1-2 hour blocks from Monday to Friday between 9:00am-5:30pm. Saturday sessions run from 9:00am-12:00pm

COMPENSATION:

The coaching position would consist of approximately 10-15 sessions per week at a rate of $18-$20 per session. If fewer sessions per week are desired, that can also be arranged. Opportunities for advancement are available based on performance.
