Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program for children ages 2-8 with a focus on skill-building and character development. WHAT IT TAKES:
Running around on cold days, beautiful days, and really hot summer days.
Memorizing 100’s of children’s names every season.
Being early to your sessions every day.
Greeting every child to the field with a smile, and every family and school director with a positive attitude, no matter what else has happened that day.
Being responsible, committing to your word, and being accountable to yourself, your team, and the children in your care every day.

WHAT YOU GET:
Competitive pay: $18-20 per 30-40 minute session ($450-550 a week)
Flexible scheduling: up to 30 sessions per week

HOURS:
Monday through Friday 9:00am-5:30pm
Saturdays 9:00am-12:00pm
We run sessions at schools and childcare centers as well as public park programs in the evenings. There is some flexibility in scheduling; meaning that if there are some mornings or afternoons where you aren’t available, we can work around that. However, once your schedule is set with us, it won’t change. You’ll be at the same locations at the same times each week for that season.
WHAT YOU NEED:
Passion for soccer and positively impacting youth players
Reliable transportation and a valid Driver's License or State ID
Eligible to work in the U.S.
High School Diploma
Coaching or childhood education experience preferred
A DAY IN THE LIFE:
Safely manage a class of up to 10 children
Implement our curriculum which focuses on skill and character development
Arrive on-time to your locations and provide a positive customer experience to faculty and families
Maintain equipment and manage your class rosters
Go home knowing you made a difference
OUR CULTURE:
We are a young company with a lively culture. We encourage our coaches to hang out with each other and organize events for the team to attend. Pickup soccer games, community events, team dinners and end-of-season parties are very common within our organization.
