Asst Director of Coaching With Soccer Shots!

Please read through this job posting thoroughly and include a Cover Letter with all of the required info...Here at Soccer Shots, the Director of Coaching (Public Parks) is in charge of all on-site and off-site marketing, park program atmosphere, training & evaluating coaches, and Public Programming Check-ins. The DOC achieves and manages all the hard deadlines for marketing for each season, at each location. Additionally, the DOC is responsible for eliciting new accounts. Pay:$15-$20/hr *Revenue Share (Flexible depending on experience)

It is expected that you will work on average 20 hours per week, including program advancement opportunities, community advancement, and assisting with administrative duties when asked. It is important to be aware that the business goes through some seasonal “busy times” that require putting in extra hours during specific times in order to prepare for new seasons and kick off smoothly.

Saturday morning availability along with certain weekday hours are necessary for this position.

EDUCATION/TRAINING:

12 Early Childhood Education (ECE) Units. If you do not have these classes, we will work with you to get them! We have a great tuition reimbursement program and units may be completed on campus or online.

Proof of Pediatric CPR Certification preferred before hire. If you do not have Proof of Pediatric CPR Certification, we will help you find a class! It is required within 2 months of hire date.
