THE ORGANIZATION:

We create a fun and safe environment for the children we coach as we travel preschool to elementary school. Our vision is one that integrates exercise and child development. Lucky for us, we get to do this outdoors and through the game of soccer! It's incredible that we take our enrichment program to preschools, elementary schools, and public parks and locations, allowing us to impact thousands of community members a week.

We are seeking candidates who love working with children and teaching through sports education. Please apply, even if you have never played soccer! We provide all training, curriculum, and gear!

THE JOB:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Coaches assigned soccer classes each week for children ages 2-10

Create a safe, fun, environment for children through the game of soccer

Facilitates and maintains positive relationships with schools, parents, and guardians

Participates in mentorship programs, media events, and training

PERKS:

Compensation $18-$22 PER 30-55 min session coached

$17 per session for training and assisting

$800 signing bonus for completed 12 Early Childhood Education units

We provide tuition reimbursement for 12 ECE units that you complete with us along with a raise!

REQUIREMENTS:

Soccer Shots Coaches must love children and sports

RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION and a valid Driver’s License (we drive all over San Diego County)

Cleared background check

Immunizations (TB test, MMR, Tdap)

CPR Certification

Must already live in San Diego at the time of application

Employment is contingent on cleared FBI & DOJ Livescan

SCHEDULE:

Working weekends (Saturday only 8am-1pm)

Afternoon WEEKDAY availability, 1:00 pm-6:30 pm
