Soccer Shots East County, LLC has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrative Assistant. This candidate will enjoy finding solutions and innovating for the team's complex problems. We are Mission Focused on creating a safe space for families, children, and educators. Soccer Shots is a fast-paced environment and is looking for someone who thrives with change and building bridges for others through this change. In this Administrative Assistant role, you will perform various administrative duties, be responsible for phones that ring off the hook, and organizing the office (be it inventory, office supplies, cleaning, or decorating).
DUTIES:• Answering our multi line phone system• Helping our incredible families enroll our programs• Responsible for storage and inventory management • Work within the Operations Department• Help implement and improve administrative procedures• Process mail, complete data entry and be accountable for our online platforms• Conduct a variety of general administrative tasks as assigned• Coach 1-3 classes per week (EVERYONE on our team coaches and we provided internal training!)
