THE ORGANIZATION:

We are an engaging children’s soccer program (ages 2-10) with a focus on character development. We value our team and know that a thriving culture is what keeps staff feeling valued and appreciated. We train our staff in leadership development, communication skills, early childhood education, and sports management. We are dedicated to providing a high-quality, enrichment program that prepares children for a lifetime of success.

THE INTERNSHIP:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with team members to help create and implement new processes

Manage clerical, administrative, organizational, and related matters including coordinating calls and meetings, maintaining office organization, and generating reports

Gather documents and research data using databases, files, spreadsheets, or other sources. Draw conclusions from the data to create and edit reports for delivery to management teams.

Enroll families, answer phones, and be a welcoming presence in our office

REQUIREMENTS:

All applicants must be able to receive academic credit from their college (as the internship is UNPAID)

Be able to obtain and maintain a clean background check

Must love children and soccer

RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION and a valid Driver’s License (we drive all over San Diego county)

Be majoring in Business Administration, Business Management, Finance, Accounting, Economics, International Business, or a closely related discipline

SCHEDULE:

Minimum of two days per week in our East County office in San Diego

Be available to intern 20 hours a week for at least 20 weeks

Help assist 1-3 soccer classes per week
