ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities and duties of this Recruiter/Human Resources position may include:
Support and Collaborate with each department to understand the hiring needs of the organization
Lead recruitment, hiring, and on-boarding of all team members
Compliance of State and Federal requirements for the organization
Oversee all personnel, medical, and Title 22 Compliance files and paperwork
Coaching 1-3 soccer classes per week
Leadership, Management, and Process
Part of our lead, manage, and hold accountable team (LMA)
Develop, implement, and improve hiring systems and processes
Integrate new hires into our culture by keeping everyone rowing in the same direction
Become an expert in GiANT, EOS Traction, Alliance, and Legacy
Plan, forecast, and anticipate hiring needs
Communication
Organize the communication for new hires and foster relationships between the team
Cascade all the HR and personnel needs to the team with firm deadlines and expectations
QualificationsRequired
1-3 years recruitment and human resources experience
Experience working with small to mid-sized businesses
Minimum of a 2 year commitment to our team
Knowledge of state and federal compliance
Preferred
Certified/Degree in Human Resources or related working experience
12 units in Early Childhood Education or willingness to enroll immediately
Knowledge of Title 22 state requirements
CPR certified or willingness to get certified
