ResponsibilitiesThe responsibilities and duties of the Human Resource Assistant position may include:
Support and Collaborate with each department to understand the hiring needs of the organization
Assist in the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of all team members
Compliance with State and Federal requirements for the organization
Oversee all personnel, medical, and Title 22 Compliance files and paperwork
Coaching soccer classes weekly depending on your availability
QualificationsRequired
Experience working with small to mid-sized businesses
Minimum of a 1-year commitment to our team
Preferred
Certified/Degree in Human Resources or related working experience
12 units in Early Childhood Education or willingness to enroll immediately
Knowledge of Title 22 state requirements
CPR certified or willing to get certified
Knowledge of state and federal compliance
