Seeking to hire part-time coaches for our Soccer Shots program!

If you are high energy, motivated, and enjoy teaching kids - we’d love to speak with you! Soccer Shots is fun-filled experience for children ages 2-8. Our focus is to provide character building opportunities through the wonderful game of soccer! We hold classes year-round, indoor and outdoor. Classes take place Monday through Saturday, and typically last 30-35 minutes for each class. At most locations, there will be multiple groups of children, meaning you could be instructing 2-3 consecutive classes. We provide all the training, soccer equipment, and curriculum materials needed for successful classes! Our leadership team supports you 100% of the time! Requirements:

Soccer playing up to High school

Reliable car, valid license, and car insurance

18 years of age

Availability:

Must commit to 3 shifts per week

Coaching shifts are mornings between 9am-12pm and/or afternoons between 1pm-4:30pm

3 minimum

Responsibilities:

Can handle a group of 10 or more children and be able to connect with them on their level; being silly, using your imagination.

Be comfortable coaching kids between 2 - 8 years of age

Always be safety conscious

Arrive early to each session, communicate well with parents, school directors and staff.

Transport soccer equipment for use during classes and keep it in good condition for the entire season.

Update attendance daily, complete admin tasks on time, and communicate effectively with the Soccer Shots team.

Have a true passion for children, soccer and upholding the core values of Soccer Shots.

Compensation/ Benefits:

Salary: $18 - $23 per session

Get your US Soccer coaching license and Soccer Shots will pay tuition!

Free Soccer Shots Classes for one family member

Additional information:

Part-time job: 6-20 hours

Job location: On-site at preschools, daycare, and parks on East side (Bellevue, Issaquah, Redmond, Kirkland, Renton)

All candidates must pass a Federal & State Background Check and FBI Fingerprinting.

CPR/ First Aid Certified / willing to get certified
