Soccer Shots is a program that introduces soccer to children ages 2-9. We work on site at park districts, schools, preschools and daycare centers all over the nation. We offer rewarding work, flexible hours and GREAT PAY. Soccer Shots is looking for candidates willing to work at our partner sites across Southwest Chicagoland (Manteno, Flossmoor, Frankfort, Tinley Park). Our Soccer Shots coaches are outgoing, love working with kids, and are able to keep a group of 10-12 children engaged and having fun for our 35-45 minute classes. Our coaches are never late, have excellent communication, and enjoy soccer as well as working with young children. Working for Soccer Shots is more than a job, it's introducing the love of soccer to young children and being a role model at every class. Our coaches commit to 6-10 week seasons at each location. Soccer Shots runs summer, fall, winter, and spring seasons at many locations. We are currently hiring for the start of our fall season with ideal candidates continuing through future seasons.

Our coaches are PART TIME, working 1-5 days a week 2-5 hours a day depending on availability. We are flexible with scheduling and work around college schedules and other part-time jobs. While training, an assistant rate of $12 per class is paid. Once a coach has passed training and is coaching on their own, a coaching rate of $18 is paid. We give performance raises after the first 2 seasons. A successful candidate must be willing to drive between locations. Not all classes are held at one location. Your willingness to drive to different locations and availability will result in more classes offered. The majority of our classes are Monday through Thursday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm with a few on Fridays and Saturday mornings.
