NOW HIRING - ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF COACHINGJoin us in positively impacting the lives of children(ages 2-10 years old). We are looking for an Assistant Director of Coaching to work directly with our Owner, Director, and Director of Coaching. The Assistant Director of Coaching will be responsible for coaching at our soccer league at Lockport Township Park District and at our Mini, Classic, and Premier classes at park districts and schools in the surrounding area. The Assistant Director of Coaching will work with the leadership team to provide a positive experience for all children, parents, and Soccer Shots coaches. Early evening and Saturday morning availability are a must. Soccer Shots provides all of the curriculum, equipment, and training. Growth opportunities are available with experience.Soccer Shots® is the soccer experience for children, using an acclaimed non-competitive curriculum and great coaches. Through the beautiful game, we aim to develop character, motor skills, and teamwork. Our team believes children are invaluable and our goal is simple: leave a lasting, positive impact on every child we serve.

Responsible & Professional | communicate professionally, timeliness, clean appearance, self-assured, dependable

Experienced & Enthusiastic | proven experience engaging and leading young children

Fun & Creative | comfortable being goofy and imaginative with young children

Patient & Empathic | must be a patient person, willing to work through behavior and learning challenges

Soccer & Athletic Know-How | Soccer skill as a player or coach is preferred. We will train.

Transportation & Cell Phone | must have reliable transportation (driving to different locations) and mobile phone with data

Clear Background | must pass a background check

COMPENSATION
