Soccer Shots Instructor - $20/hour PART-TIME

Soccer Shots is looking for dedicated and fun coaches to teach at our classes for 2-8-year-olds in the Lemont, Homer Glen, and Lockport areas. We are looking for coaches who enjoy teaching kids, are confident, and love youth sports. We are flexible with scheduling around school, family, and other work schedules.

The training rate is $15 per hour/head coach rate is $20 an hour when training is complete. The length of training depends on a coach's ability to understand the curriculum.

Soccer Shots provides the equipment and curriculum needed to run a successful class. We have a team of coaches and a leadership team who will train and provide support throughout the season.

The ideal applicant must meet the following criteria:

A love of educating children and making a difference in their lives.

Reliable and always on time. A coach rarely calls off of work.

High energy, confident, and fun.

Able to follow the Soccer Shots curriculum.

Loves sports; soccer playing experience is not required but a willingness to learn the game is.

Excellent communication with our leadership team, parents, and directors.

Good physical stamina as you could be running, kneeling, and squatting on a field for up to 3 hours. Coaches must be able to carry an equipment bag that contains 14 balls, nets, and more.

Respectful and caring to children and their families.

Reliable transportation.

Pass a background check

Lives in the area and is available immediately and throughout the spring season (summer and fall season availability is a plus).
