Soccer Shots Temecula Valley is seeking a self driven, positive, and organized person with strong communication skills and a passion for children. We are seeking an individual that wants to play a part in a growing small business in the pursuit to build “Stronger Youth, Beyond the Game.”

Soccer Shots is a program that introduces soccer to children ages 2-8. We strive to encourage the development of soccer skills, teamwork, healthy lifestyle, and character growth. We work onsite at preschools, daycare centers, and parks all over the Temecula Valley area. Soccer Shots is currently expanding and is in need of administrative support in our Temecula Valley office. Main Job Responsibilities:

Assisting in the preparation of marketing materials

Managing equipment preparation, distribution, and inventory

Communicating directly with customers via email and phone

Updating our registration system with new locations, classes and schedules

Communicating and maintaining staff schedules and office calendar

Assisting in payroll

Maintaining the office

Delivering Gifts/Documents to schools

Coaching at multiple of your own assigned locations

Essential Qualifications:

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Effective organizational/administrative skills

Positivity

Passion for the mission of Soccer Shots

Computer/application skills (Microsoft Office suite)

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook)

Previous experience with the sport of soccer

Document/graphic design experience
