Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program with an emphasis on character development. Our caring team positively impacts children's lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum, and communication and we are looking to expand our team of dynamic coaches in Toledo and the surrounding communities.

What you get:

· Salary ($48 per hour/$600 per week/$24,000 annually for 40 weeks)

· The ideal candidate will be available to coach 25 sessions (30-35 minutes per session) per week for 9 months out of the year.

· For downtime seasons (usually about 10-12 weeks), in addition to weekly sessions, candidate must assist/perform back-office operations (mainly new location acquisition, Free Demo Days, meetings, training, etc.)

Must Haves:

· Experienced and enthusiastic - experience engaging and leading young children

· Fun and creative - comfortable being goofy and imaginative with young children

· Responsible and professional - communicate professionally, timeliness, clean appearance, self-assured, dependable

· Reliable transportation to get yourself to and from work

· Soccer experience preferred, but not required

· Ability to pass a Federal and State background check

The job description above is a part-time salaried position requiring fewer than 25-30 hours of work per week, with flexible schedule based on season peaks.

The expected seasonal schedule by month is below with generally a two-week gap in between seasons: January to March March to May June to August
