    D1 Training Sandy Springs is looking for a Soccer Specialist to lead sport-specific training for youth, high school, and club athletes chasing their next level — from varsity to college recruitment.

    What you'll do:

    Design and coach soccer-specific speed, agility, footwork, and skill development sessions

    Work 1-on-1 and in small groups with athletes at every stage

    Bring energy, structure, and real soccer IQ to every session

    Help athletes build the physical foundation to compete at the D1 level

    What we're looking for:

    Playing and/or coaching experience in soccer (club, high school, or college level a plus)

    Strong communication skills and a passion for developing young athletes

    Certification in strength & conditioning or willingness to obtain (CSCS, CPT, or similar)

    Reliable, coachable, team-first mindset

    Job Summary

    Foster a positive, motivating environment for all athletes.

    Maximize client retention through best-in-class service: coaching, training, nutrition, and accountability.

    Modify and adapt movements that are best suited for the individual at hand.

    Teach

    A D1 Coach must be dedicated to training and improving the lives of D1’s members, Scholastic (ages 7-18), Adults, and Teams, by:

    Exhibiting passion, expertise, high energy, a positive and motivating attitude, strong character, and over-the-top customer service

    Starting and finishing workouts on time

    Assessing and aligning each member with the proper program

    Building and maintaining relationships with each D1 member

    Coaching group workouts, personal training, and teams

    Delivering accurate, industry-leading educational advice on strength, speed, and nutrition

    Teaching proper form and technique and keeping all our athletes safe

    Rotating weekends required

    About 20-30 hours per week (availability for morning shift is a plus)

    Responsibilities

    Foster a positive, motivating environment for all athletes.

    Reduce an athlete's risk of injury by focusing on proper technique and movement patterns.

    Qualifications

    Has a valid AED/CPR/First Aid certification

    Has at least one valid certification accredited by the NCCA.

    Minimum of 1 year of strength & conditioning-related experience in a group, team, or personal training setting.

    Has a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or a related field (preferred).
