We’re seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Social Catering Sales Manager to join our team, home to elegant ballroom spaces and unforgettable celebrations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on creating memorable one-time events—from milestone parties to nonprofit galas—and enjoys working collaboratively across departments to bring each vision to life. This schedule for this position will be Tuesday – Saturday. Responsibilities: • Sell and detail social catering events, to include weddings, social events, and community events, for example • Manage the full event lifecycle: from initial inquiry to final execution • Create and distribute Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) with precision and clarity • Process client payments directly and maintain accurate records • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, including Banquets, Kitchen, Sales, and Operations • Ensure seamless communication and coordination across departments to deliver exceptional guest experiences • Maintain strong relationships with nonprofit organizations and community partners • Provide on-site support during events as needed, including weekends and evenings, based on the event schedule Qualifications: • Prior experience in hotel sales, catering, or event coordination is preferred but not required • Strong organizational and communication skills • Ability to multitask and manage multiple events simultaneously • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively • Passion for hospitality and creating meaningful guest experiences. • Delphi training preferred but not required
