    About the Role


    We’re looking for a content-first storyteller who understands that social media is more than engagement—it’s a growth engine. This role will concept, create, and strategically distribute scroll-stopping content that not only connects with a global luxury audience but also drives measurable business results.

    As the owner of our client's organic social presence across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging channels, you’ll ensure everything we share reflects our client's voice: elevated, science-backed, and deeply human, while also laddering up to lead generation and revenue goals.

    You’ll partner closely with demand generation stakeholders and creative teams (designers, videographers, writers) to bring ideas to life, but you’ll also be comfortable grabbing your phone to capture content in real time. Success in this role means balancing creativity with performance—telling stories that inspire while also contributing directly to business growth.

    What You’ll Do

    Content Creation & Publishing

    • Concept, shoot, edit, and publish original content (video, carousels, static posts, UGC, stories) across platforms
    • Repurpose long-form content (blogs, testimonials, web content) into short-form, platform-native posts
    • Create trend-led but brand-appropriate content that drives both engagement and conversion
    • Manage day-to-day scheduling, publishing, and community engagement

    Strategy & Planning

    • Build and maintain a social content calendar that ladders up to lead generation campaigns and revenue goals
    • Define and evolve content pillars that balance education, inspiration, and conversion
    • Stay ahead of social platform updates, creative trends, and best practices—knowing when to lean in and when to stand apart

    Performance & Optimization

    • Track performance not only for reach and engagement but also for downstream metrics (leads, quality, conversions)
    • Build weekly/monthly reporting decks that tie organic activity to demand gen KPIs
    • Partner with paid media and lifecycle marketing to ensure organic insights inform funnel efficiency.
    • Use data to refine strategy and continuously improve engagement, reach, and follower growth

    Collaboration

    • Work with Creative, Paid Media, and Lifecycle teams to align campaigns across channels
    • Collaborate with videographers, designers, and writers to bring multi-channel campaigns to life
    • Support influencer and ambassador programs with content tracking and amplification

    What We’re Looking For

    • 4+ years of experience running high-profile brand or personal social channels
    • Proven ability to create content that resonates and converts — portfolio or links required
    • Strong creative chops: can concept, shoot, and edit content that looks polished and professional
    • Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn—with intuition for what works natively on each
    • Analytical mindset with experience reporting beyond vanity metrics (lead quality, conversions, ROI)
    • Comfortable working quickly and improvising when plans change
    • Excellent writing and copy skills — from sharp captions to thoughtful storytelling
    • Experience with tools like Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva, or Figma
    • Collaborative communicator who thrives in a fast-moving, highly creative environment
