NOW HIRING 2022 SPRING INTERNS [REMOTE-FRIENDLY]: WE ARE INTERVIEWING NOW!
Since 2012, we've had the pleasure of working with 100+ fantastic interns. We've worked hard to develop our internships so that individuals truly learn and practice new skills, and come away with valuable experience to add to resumes. In January 2021, we revamped some of our internship programs so that they can be performed remotely, due to COVID-19 restrictions. Interns will still receive the same high-quality and interactive experience with our team in our new remote-work environment.
ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP
As a Business Information Systems Intern, this is a fantastic opportunity to roll up your sleeves and work side-by-side with our CEO. You will be trained to use many cutting-edge services and tools we use to manage our entire business. Yes, you read that right -- our CEO will be your mentor/partner, so you'll be expected to bring your A-game. You'll get to sharpen your database, javascript, and JSON skills as you work with the newest no-code tools and technology to analyze, automate, repair, strengthen, and improve our existing internal apps that keep our team productive and happy. You will even be part of the decision-making for how we build new functionality into our apps. This is a great internship for individuals interested in learning more about internal apps, database management, automation, workflows, UX/UI, and how to support small businesses in creating streamlined processes.

INTERNSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Partnering with the Social High Rise team REMOTELY approximately 12-15 hours per week on a consistent, synchronous, pre-determined schedule - punctuality and dedication is extremely important. WEDNESDAY MORNING AVAILABILITY IS STRONGLY PREFERRED!
Attending weekly team meetings to strengthen personal team connection development.
Assisting the CEO to evaluate current workflows and automation in Integromat and Zapier for effectiveness and efficiency.
Assisting the CEO to integrate various notifications from 3rd part apps into our internal app.
Aiding in conducting research to create a technical proof of concept for various functions within our internal app.
Working with Stacker.app to create and configure UI views for our Account Management team.
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK REMOTELY 12-15 HOURS PER WEEK DURING SPECIFIC PREDETERMINED TIMEFRAMES
