About the Role

We are looking for energetic, outgoing, and motivated individuals to join our team as Social Impact Representatives. In this role, you will work face-to-face with the public to help raise awareness and support for nationally recognized nonprofit and charity organizations making a real difference in communities.

This is perfect for someone who enjoys talking to people, wants to gain real-world communication and sales experience, and is passionate about making a positive social impact.

No previous experience is required — we provide paid training and ongoing mentorship.

What You’ll Do

Represent nonprofit and charity campaigns at events and community locations

Engage directly with potential supporters and educate them about charitable initiatives

Build positive relationships through face-to-face communication

Help drive donations and campaign awareness

Work with a supportive, team-oriented environment

Participate in leadership and career growth opportunities

Qualifications

Strong communication skills

Positive and outgoing personality

Comfortable speaking with new people daily

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Sales, customer service, retail, or hospitality experience is helpful but not required

Must be reliable, motivated, and goal-oriented
