We're looking for a creative, people-first Social Media & Accessories Sales Specialist who can split time between content creation and front-of-house parts/accessories sales. You'll bring our brand to life online and convert that attention into in-store and e-commerce sales—helmets, apparel, bolt-ons, and ride-ready kits.
What You'll Do
Content & Community
- Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos/reels and photo carousels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
- Write engaging captions, schedule posts (Meta Business Suite), and manage comments/DMs with fast, friendly replies.
- Source stories on the floor (new unit deliveries, customer spotlights, staff tips, new arrivals) and obtain photo/video consent.
- Track basic performance metrics (reach, engagement, clicks, conversions) and report weekly highlights/recommendations.
- Collaborate with Sales/Service on promos, new unit launches,.
- Keep our voice on-brand and compliant with manufacturer guidelines and MAP policies.
Accessories Sales & Merchandising
- Greet customers, qualify needs, and recommend helmets, apparel, gloves, goggles, protection, racks, mounts, lighting, bags , etc.
- Perform fitment (helmet sizing, apparel), and build out ride-ready bundles tied to unit purchases.
- Build tickets/quotes in Lightspeed EVO ; process transactions and handle special orders/backorders.
- Merchandise the floor: pricing, signage, new-arrival endcaps, seasonal sets; maintain clean, organized displays.
- Hit attachment and margin KPIs (UPT, AUR, warranty/accessory add-ons), and execute vendor spiffs/promotions.
