    Job Summary: As RYSE’s Social Media & Affiliate Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to support RYSE’s marketing efforts by managing content planning across all platforms while also overseeing the brand’s affiliate program. This role involves skillfully managing social media accounts, organizing user-generated content, cultivating audience engagement, growing online communities and brand presence, scheduling athlete shoots, and coordinating with affiliate partners to drive marketing initiatives and customer acquisition.

    Responsibilities:

    Curate, schedule, and post high-quality content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)

    Monitor, moderate, and respond to comments, direct messages, and other online interactions in a timely manner adhering to brand standards

    Source, review, and organize athlete and ambassador user-generated content

    Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize content strategies

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, videographers, editors, and other brand partners to align social content with broader campaigns

    Identify and interact with influencers, brand ambassadors, and potential collaborators to develop and fortify a strong online community

    Schedule and organize athlete content shoots

    Stay current with modern social media trends, tools, and best practices

    Manage the company’s affiliate programs, onboarding new affiliate partners and providing them with marketing materials, product samples, and affiliate codes

    Align affiliate efforts with product launches, promotions, and marketing campaigns

    Track affiliate performance, sales, commissions, and report on status using internal systems

    Maintain consistent communication between the company and its affiliate network

    Education and Requirements:

    Experience in a social media coordinator or a related role

    Strong working knowledge of social media platforms and trends (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)

    Strong understanding of affiliate marketing systems and performance tracking

    Copywriting skills with a strong sense of brand voice

    Able to work at a desk/on a computer or be in the field capturing content for up to 8 hours a day

    Standout Qualifications:

    Previous experience managing affiliate or influencer marketing programs for consumer brands

    Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills
