Position Overview:

M’Aiken Bright Futures is an established ABA provider serving families across South Carolina. We are seeking a Social Media Assistant to support the continued growth and visibility of our brand.

This role is responsible for maintaining a consistent and professional social media presence that reflects our services, values, and commitment to the community. The ideal candidate understands how to communicate effectively with families and can create content that is both engaging and appropriate within the field of ABA.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and schedule 5 -6 social media posts per week (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)

Develop simple, engaging, and informative content for families and the community

Ensure all content is professional, respectful, and aligned with autism awareness and ABA principles

Assist with promoting services, community events, and company updates

Maintain consistency in posting and brand voice

Minimum Requirements:

Basic knowledge of or interest in ABA and autism

Strong written communication skills

Reliable, consistent, and able to meet posting expectations

Creativity and willingness to learn

Must be based in the United States (preferred for local relevance)

$14.50 per hour
