Social Media Assistant/Part-Time Front Office Attendant
About the Role: We're seeking a social media-savvy individual to join our team on a part-time basis. If you're passionate about digital trends, content creation, and building online communities, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across multiple social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner
Develop creative strategies to grow our audience and increase engagement
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, features, and best practices
Track analytics and provide regular reports on social media performance
Collaborate with the team to align social media content with overall marketing goals
Assist office manage in admin tasks, including answering the phone or client questions when on site at front desk
In-office Tuesday - Thursday 3 PM - 6 PM, Saturday 9-1 PM, with additional hours remote for content creation & editing remotely
What We're Looking For:
Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their unique audiences
Excellent writing and communication skills
Creative mindset with an eye for visual content
Experience with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Knowledge of social media analytics and insights
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience managing social media accounts (personal or professional)
Basic photo and video editing skills

Part-time position (15-20 hours per week, flexible schedule)
