We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Social Media Assistant to help grow a personal brand and business centered around real estate, business, leadership, and personal growth. This role is hands-on and creative. You’ll help turn ideas into content, build community, support collaborations, and assist with outreach across podcasts and brand partnerships. Responsibilities: • Create and support Substack content • Develop weekly book review content across multiple formats • Research and outreach for podcast features • Identify and coordinate podcast guests • Reach out to aligned brands for collaborations • Help manage and engage a Skool community • Support Instagram subscription content and messaging • Assist with ManyChat automations for engagement and retention • Schedule content using SocialBee Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in content creation, with a portfolio showcasing video and graphic work • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) or similar tools • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines What We’re Looking For • Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt to someone else’s voice • Creative thinker who can turn ideas into engaging content • Experience with Skool community management • Experience with ManyChat automations • Organized, proactive, and reliable • Comfortable juggling multiple projects • Strong communication skills • Experience with SocialBee is a plus, but not required.
