We’re looking for someone to translate our in-clinic expertise into content that builds trust and drives meaningful engagement.
Position: Social Media Assistant
Type: Part-Time or Full-Time (Flexible)
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Planning
Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns
Create 3–4 posts per week focused on education, testimonials, and products
Post daily Stories (availability, product highlights, behind-the-scenes)
Capture in-clinic content regularly
Brand & Messaging
Maintain a clean, consistent, and elevated visual aesthetic
Write captions that are clear, informative, and trust-building
Ensure all content reflects UA’s education-first philosophy
Engagement & Community
Respond to DMs and comments in a timely, thoughtful manner
Engage with local businesses and relevant accounts
Build relationships through consistent, genuine interaction
Campaign Execution
Support promotions, product features, and seasonal campaigns
Assist with giveaways and launches
Drive traffic to the website and support product sales
Marketing Alignment
Support newsletters and broader marketing initiatives
Ensure consistency across social, email, and in-store messaging
Who You Are
Strong eye for content (photo/video + design)
Confident writer with a clear, educational tone
Understands how to use social media to build trust—not just post
Self-motivated and organized
Interested in skincare, wellness, or beauty
