As a Social Media Brand Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in zTrip’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and driving customer acquisition through digital platforms. This position blends creative social media expertise, strategic thinking, and market knowledge to cultivate lasting relationships and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through social media to expand zTrip’s market presence and customer base
• Develop and execute social media strategies to build and strengthen partnerships with businesses, organizations, and key stakeholders
• Research market trends to uncover growth opportunities and maintain a competitive edge
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both current and potential clients, including corporate accounts and local businesses, via social media platforms
• Negotiate and finalize agreements with new clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes through digital engagement
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to create and launch targeted online campaigns
• Track social media performance and provide regular updates to senior management
• Represent zTrip at virtual and in-person industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
• Manage and nurture existing online partnerships to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction

Qualifications of a Social Media Brand Ambassador:

• 1+ years of experience in social media marketing, brand ambassadorship, or digital business development (preferably in transportation, logistics, or a similar field)
• Proven success in generating leads and closing deals through social media platforms
• Strong social media presence with experience in content creation and community management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinker with the ability to effectively execute online marketing initiatives
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized
