This role plays a key part in how our business is viewed online and experienced by clients. You will also be responsible for client communications before, during, and after transactions regarding customer experience. You will assist in the coordination of client appreciation events and personal database touches during the year, which ensures a consistent and positive client experience. Responsibilities: • Compile monthly breakdowns of our Google Analytics and social media analytics, recommend improvements, and identify growth opportunities • Manage and monitor our social media accounts including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn • Identify new media opportunities and connect with social media influencers • Use our organizational goals to develop an online marketing strategy with engaging content for our audience across all social media accounts • Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels. Qualifications: • Has experience designing SEO-driven content in writing, images, and video • Candidates must have time management skills, excellent communication skills, and project management skills • Strong understanding of trends across multiple social media platforms Compensation: $38,000 - $40,000 yearly
