Bonus items that motivate and set us apart: • Confidential hiring process • Competitive wages • Paid vacay • Hybrid role • FULL TIME hours - Monday to Friday, 9 am-5 pm - With occasional evening and weekend work as needed Responsibilities: • Develop and execute content strategies across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn • Conceptualize high-quality photo and video content showcasing the brand personality • Collaborate with our videographer, photographer, and editor to turn market insights and events into compelling, shareable stories • Plan and manage the content calendar to align with campaigns, launches, and market trends • Monitor performance metrics and use insights to guide future content and strategy • Stay on top of design and social media trends to keep our brand fresh and ahead of the curve Qualifications: • 2+ years in a social media strategy, digital marketing, or content marketing role • Proven track record of growing audiences and driving engagement and leads through social media • Excellent understanding of social media platforms, trends, and tools • Strong content creation skills, including writing, and audio/visual storytelling • Experience with analytics platforms and paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Analytics, etc) • Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach • Creative, analytical, and highly organized • Bonus: Experience with email marketing, SEO, or brand partnerships Compensation: $60,000 - $65,000+ yearly DOE
