    Artisan Chiropractic Clinic is seeking a creative, strategic, and highly organized Social Media Marketer & Content Creator to lead and execute our digital content strategy across multiple platforms.

    We are a chiropractic and wellness brand with locations in Upper Marlboro, Hyattsville, Waldorf, and Laurel. This role is ideal for someone who understands both the creative and strategic sides of social media. Someone who can produce high-quality content and drive measurable engagement and growth.

    This is a part-time hybrid position. Editing and planning will primarily be remote; however, regular on-site filming at our clinic locations and special events throughout the DMV area is required.

    Key Responsibilities

    Develop creative concepts and scripts for short-form video content aligned with brand voice and target audience across YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels.

    Film high-quality video content using appropriate equipment (cameras, smartphones) and lighting setups.

    Edit videos using editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro to create engaging and polished final products for each platform, considering specific platform requirements and trends.

    Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and challenges on YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels, and incorporate them into content strategies for each platform.

    Analyze video performance metrics (views, engagement, reach) for each platform and adapt content strategies accordingly.

    Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand campaign goals and content needs for all targeted platforms.

    May occasionally be on camera to present content (comfortable on-camera presence a plus).

    Manage Social Media Accounts

    Skills Required:

    Proven experience creating engaging short-form video content for platforms like YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels (portfolio required).

    Strong understanding of video editing principles and proficiency in editing software.

    Understanding of branding and storytelling

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    A creative and innovative mind with a knack for storytelling.

    Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    Excellent time management and organizational skills.

    Ability to meet deadlines consistently.

    Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret video performance data for each platform.

    Familiarity with social media marketing best practices a plus.

    Experience working with brand guidelines a plus.
