Content Queen/King + Cake Hype Squad Captain) 🍰 📍 Flexible location – you’ll be traveling between all 9 bakeries regularly (Kennesaw, Smyrna, Woodstock, Canton, Gainesville, Dawsonville, Cartersville, Roswell, and East Cobb)| 💼 PT | 💸 $14/hr + event bonuses

We’re Nothing Bundt Cakes and we’re looking for a Social Media Coordinator & Events Team member to help us spread cake joy both online and in real life. If you’re creative, sales-minded, and always ready to capture the perfect frosting swirl or crowd moment – keep reading, friend. 👇
🍰 What You’ll Be Doing:
Running our social media like a pro – capturing, creating, posting, and engaging daily 📱
Traveling between all 9 of our bakeries to shoot fresh, fun, on-brand content (cakes, team, guests, behind-the-scenes magic!)
Attending events, markets, and pop-ups as our content + sales superstar 🎥✨
Filming EVERYTHING – think reels, TikToks, stories, customer moments, team culture, and cake glam shots
Reppin’ the brand at events with BIG energy while also capturing content that converts 🌟
Setting up + breaking down event setups (tables, signage, tents, cake magic)
Bringing a sales-driven mindset – you’re not just posting content, you’re helping drive traffic and sales
Keeping content organized, on-brand, and consistent across all locations
Staying on top of trends and turning them into Bundt-worthy moments 🎯
🎯 We’re Looking for Someone Who Is:
Social media obsessed (and actually knows how to grow + engage an audience)
Comfortable being behind the camera and in front of it
Creative AF – you see content opportunities everywhere
Sales-minded – you understand content should drive business, not just likes
Outgoing, energetic, and confident talking to guests + team members
Driven – you take initiative and don’t wait to be told what to capture
Down to work weekends + events (that’s when the magic happens!)
Cool with traveling between all 9 bakeries regularly đźš—
Has reliable transportation (cake waits for no one)
Okay with being on your feet, moving, lifting event supplies, and getting a little sweaty for the sweet stuff
