PureO Natural Products / Hair Education Beauty Summit Remote | 10-15 hours per week | Weekly Stipend $100
We’re seeking a creative, organized, and self-motivated Social Media Manager Intern to help grow the digital presence of PureO Natural Products and the Hair Education Beauty Summit (HEBS). This role is ideal for someone passionate about the beauty and fashion industries, eager to learn, and ready to support two dynamic brands with consistent and engaging content.
Key Responsibilities ● Post twice daily, six days a week (Monday through Saturday) on both brand accounts (PureO and HEBS) ● Write engaging, brand-aligned captions for a variety of content types including graphics, photos, and videos ● Post on a set schedule and maintain consistency in tone and aesthetic ● Manage and respond to DMs and comments in a professional and timely manner ● Monitor tags, mentions, and repost user-generated content ● Collaborate with partners and contributors using Instagram’s collab tools ● Receive content via WhatsApp and coordinate timely posting ● Track social engagement and provide feedback and suggestions for improvement ● Create and spearhead interactive campaigns on Instagram and various social media platforms
Requirements
● Strong knowledge of Instagram features (Reels, Stories, Collabs, etc.) ● Must be a college/University Student
● Excellent writing and grammar skills ● Ability to manage two distinct brand voices ● Self-starter with strong time management and communication skills ● Experience with tools such as Canva, Later, Planoly, or Meta Business Suite is a plus ● Interest or background in beauty and fashion is a plus ● Pursuing a degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or related field ● Passion or experience in the beauty industry is a plus.
Time Commitment ● Approximately 10-15 hours per week ● Flexible hours, but must follow the designated posting schedule
