The Marketing & Social Media Coordinator is a creative and strategic thinker passionate about real estate marketing. This role focuses on strengthening The Kohler Group’s brand presence, executing marketing campaigns, managing social media content, and supporting creative initiatives that drive engagement and visibility. The ideal candidate brings a blend of marketing strategy, content creation, and attention to detail—playing a key role in growing our digital footprint and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms. Responsibilities: Social Media & Branding • Develop and execute targeted social media strategies to grow engagement and followers across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube. • Plan and manage the social media content calendar, ensuring timely, visually consistent, and on-brand messaging. • Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies for continuous improvement. Marketing Campaigns • Lead the execution of digital and print marketing campaigns for listings, events, and brand promotions. • Collaborate on creative concepts, copywriting, and visual direction for advertisements and videos. • Coordinate with vendors and designers to produce high-quality marketing materials. Creative & Strategic Support • Contribute ideas in marketing and creative brainstorming sessions. • Identify new opportunities for brand awareness and engagement in the local market. • Maintain brand standards across all touchpoints and materials. Operational Marketing Tasks • Oversee marketing deliverables and ensure timely rollout of materials. • Support the team with signage orders, digital updates, and advertising requests. • Track marketing expenses and vendor invoices related to campaigns. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • 2–3 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or digital content. • Excellent written and visual communication skills. • Proficiency in social media management tools and platforms. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Familiarity with real estate marketing preferred. Compensation: $25 - $29 hourly
