    The Opportunity
We're looking for a creative, highly organized Social Media Coordinator to help tell The Other Art Fair story across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. This contract-based, part-time role will manage social content, execute campaigns, and engage our community while promoting ticket sales and capturing the energy of our events.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-market environment and wants to make a direct impact on audience growth and engagement.

    What You'll Do

    Social Media Management & Strategy

    • Develop and execute social media campaigns that drive ticket sales and brand awareness

    • Keep up-to-date with trends and platform best practices, ensuring creative and impactful content

    Content Creation

    • Craft copy in our brand's unique voice (human-first, no AI-generated posts)

    • Edit videos and create reels, carousels, and graphics using tools like CapCut and Canva

    • Occasionally capture on-site content during events (preferred but not required)

    Campaign Planning & Analytics

    • Build and manage a full social media calendar (Monday.com or similar)

    • Schedule posts using Later and track link performance via Bitly/UTM links

    • Report weekly top-performing posts and monthly performance overviews with insights

    Collaboration & Autonomy

    • Provide input and strategic guidance to the marketing team

    • Maintain autonomy in executing social campaigns while collaborating on overarching strategies

    What We're Looking For

    • 3+ years managing social media accounts for events, arts, or entertainment brands

    • Strong copywriting skills and the ability to maintain a consistent brand voice

    • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Canva, Later, CapCut, Bitly, Slack, and Monday.com

    • Video editing experience and an eye for engaging visual content

    • Ability to manage multiple campaigns across time zones with attention to detail

    • Passion for art, creativity, and bringing events to life online

    • Self-starter who thrives both independently and within a collaborative team
