    Role Overview

    We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to support the digital presence of TruSkin, a leading skincare brand. This role will be responsible for content creation, coordinating with external agencies, and actively managing our online community to drive engagement, brand awareness, and growth.

    Key Responsibilities

    Create engaging static and video content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) aligned with TruSkin’s brand voice

    Create and appear in on-camera video content to support short-form and engaging social media storytelling

    Develop clear and strategic creative briefs for third-party agency partners to ensure high-quality execution

    Plan and execute the social media content calendar in collaboration with internal Marketing and Brand teams

    Manage day-to-day community engagement, including responding to comments, DMs, and customer interactions in a timely and professional manner

    Monitor social media trends, skincare industry insights, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities

    Track and report on social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.)

    Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and E-commerce teams for campaigns and product launches

    Ensure all content adheres to TruSkin’s brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone and visual identity

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

    1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing

    Strong understanding of major social media platforms and best practices

    Hands-on experience with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.)

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

    Demonstrated experience in on-camera video creation, with clear examples in both portfolio and resume (strongly preferred)

    Preferred Qualifications

    Experience working with agency partners

    Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.)

    Experience in skincare, beauty, or eCommerce brands is a strong plus

    Comfortable creating short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, etc.) and appearing on camera
