We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media & Digital Marketing Content Creator (Part-Time) to support our growing team. This role is ideal for a someone who is passionate about content creation, digital branding, and marketing strategy. The Social Media & Digital Marketing Content Creator (Part-Time) will play a key role in helping manage our on-line presence, create engaging marketing materials, and contribute to business development efforts.

This is a part-time position, requiring approximately 15-20 hours per week which are flexible during standard business hours of M-F 8AM-5PM Eastern.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across LinkedIn and other social media platforms
• Assist in the design and development of marketing collateral, email campaigns, and website updates
• Conduct market research to identify potential client leads and candidate networks
• Support general administrative tasks such as data entry, calendar coordination, and CRM maintenance
• Maintain and organize digital files, resumes, and active job postings
• Draft outreach emails and assist in tracking leads for business development initiatives
• Contribute to special projects and support cross-functional efforts as assigned

Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with major social media platforms, especially LinkedIn and Facebook
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
• Experience with Canva, CRM systems, and email marketing platforms is a plus
