Lead the development of campaigns, series formats, and editorial themes that deepen engagement and global reach.

5+ years of experience in social media management, ideally within sports, entertainment, or lifestyle brands.
Demonstrated success building and scaling social presence for a global or high-growth property.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional creative teams (videographers, editors, designers, copywriters).
Strong creative judgment and editorial instincts — ability to craft storytelling moments that feel both premium and human.
Understanding of the intersection between sport, culture, and luxury lifestyle.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Spanish proficiency a plus.
Availability for travel, weekends, and event coverage throughout the year.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, social publishing tools, and analytics platforms preferred.

About Reserve Cup Series
Reserve Cup Series marks a new era for padel, where elite competition meets unparalleled luxury on a global stage.
What began with the success of our inaugural event in 2024 now evolves into a multi-city series, hosted across some of the world’s most iconic destinations. Each stop offers more than a tournament; it’s a convergence of sport, culture, and lifestyle at the highest level.
Our evolved format introduces a first-of-its-kind structure: the world’s top forehand and backhand players compete across two international events. From there, only the strongest players advance to the Masters event, where the ultimate prize awaits: the title of the world’s best individual player, awarded alongside the largest prize money purse in padel history.
