Role Overview We’re looking for a true creator — a Social Media Manager who can own content strategy and execution across three Aviva venues. This role is ideal for a creative and organized marketer who can work independently, source and direct high-quality visual content, and bring our venues to life on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. While the position will begin as a 3–4 month contract, there is strong potential for it to evolve into a long-term, strategic role within our growing company.
Key Responsibilities
Photographer Outreach & Content Pipeline
Proactively reach out to photographers from past weddings to collect and organize event photography and video.
Build a steady content pipeline to support consistent posting across three properties.
New Content Production
Hire and manage photographers for updated venue imagery, drone footage, and styled shoots.
Ensure deliverables align with brand standards, aesthetic goals, and platform requirements.
Platform Management & Scheduling
Create and maintain a regular posting schedule across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Rotate through key content categories (real weddings, venue beauty shots, food & beverage), including clear calls to action to drive engagement and inquiries.
Community Engagement
Monitor comments, tags, and DMs; respond in brand voice or escalate to the team when appropriate.
Engage with partner vendors (DJs, florists, etc.) and past/current clients to build visibility and loyalty.
Brand Cohesion
Uphold and refine the visual identity of each venue.
Ensure content across venues feels distinct but remains cohesive within the broader Aviva brand family.
Analytics & Iteration
Use analytics tools to track performance (reach, engagement, CTR, follower growth).
Present monthly insights and suggest adjustments to content or strategy based on results.
Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of social media experience, preferably in weddings, hospitality, or lifestyle
Comfortable hiring and directing freelance photographers, stylists, and drone operators
Creative, resourceful, and able to manage multiple projects on tight deadlines
Proficient in scheduling and analytics tools (Later, Planoly, Meta Suite, etc.)
Familiar with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or basic video editing tools
Contract Details
Length: 3–4 months (minimum)
Hours: 30–40 hours/week
Start Date: ASAP (flexible)
Compensation: $30–$35/hour, depending on experience
Location: Remote, with occasional travel to venues
