Social Media Manager with Video Editing Experience This role blends strategy, content creation, and performance optimization. You will manage our social media presence while producing engaging short-form videos and visual content that align with our brand and mission. Responsibilities: Social Media Management • Plan and execute content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn • Optimize content for each platform (tone, format, audience behavior) • Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build community • Track performance metrics and adjust strategy accordingly Content Creation • Create static posts, carousels, and short-form video content (Reels, Shorts) • Repurpose blogs, webinars, and internal content into social media assets • Write captions aligned with brand voice (educational, lifestyle, and professional tones) Video Editing • Edit short-form videos using tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar • Add captions, transitions, and simple motion graphics • Ensure content is optimized for conversion and engagement • Maintain brand consistency (fonts, colors, tone, pacing) Strategy & Growth • Identify trends and adapt them to the mental health space • Support campaigns that drive traffic, inquiries, and provider sign-ups • Collaborate with the internal team on outreach and marketing initiatives Qualifications: • Proven experience managing social media accounts (portfolio required) • Strong video editing skills for short-form content • Understanding of platform-specific strategies (IG, FB, LinkedIn) • Ability to create both aesthetic and conversion-driven content • Strong writing skills with attention to tone and clarity • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects Nice-To-Have • Experience in healthcare, mental health, or wellness space • Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, or scheduling platforms • Basic understanding of SEO and content repurposing • Experience with paid ads or analytics tools Compensation: $5 hourly
